About Me

"REAL SPIT"
The FeMale Mentality is a black female owned business that specializes in Life Coaching. What is The FeMale Mentality? It’s the capability of tapping into your testosterone while living fulling in your estrogen. As a woman I’ve been through my fair share of trauma and had to depend on my masculine energy to help me through it. It definately helped me manage the pain. It was hard to come out of that energy which led me to ask questions of men to understand them no longer to gain power over them. Can you relate? That’s when my healing journey began. I started confronting hard things like the issues I had with my mother over the years. Problems with my father. Learning how to say no and creating boundaries that worked for me. Figuring out what hobbies I like.Come to find out I love to travel, shop and writing. I loved writing so much that it led me to self-publishing my book Silky Satin Secrets.
The FeMale Mentality offers a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your personal journeys, confront your challenges, and celebrate your triumphs with us. With a focus on empowerment and self-discovery, our life coaching services are tailored to help each individual find their unique path to healing and growth. My WHY

My why is me, but it's a lot to that....
For years, I have slept on myself because I always felt as if I was the underdog. Always looked at myself as a simple girl and then I started to experience life. Trauma hit my life at very young age, and it cause me to grow up way faster than I should have. I had to ask myself plenty of time "WHO AM I?" The answer was hard to find until I started my healing journey. Who I was, was a woman who lived for everyone else because I thought that's what a good wife and mom done. Then it came a time where my children grew up and had a plan for their own lives leaving me and my husband behind. That's when things became clearer to me.
My hobbies weren't mines they were everyone else's around me. So today when I'm asked who I am, I could confidently say that I'm a determined woman with a creative imagination. I enjoy taken care of people who don't mind taking care of me. I stand my ground when it comes to my boundaries, because I have been hurt a great deal. It's not fair for unhealed people to come around and cast their perceptions on healing people only for the healing people to have to start a few steps back from being triggered. I'm a survivor. I'm a straight shooter who leaves nothing unsaid. I'm a mom who turned into a great friend when they didn't need me to mother them anymore. I'm a MeMe to two amazing little girls and that's the best title I've carried thus far. I'm a life coach because I understand being a misunderstood woman. I'm a child of God and I'm blessed to be me.
